VISITING THE TEIDE IS ONE OF OUR FAVORITE EXCURSIONS IN TENERIFE

Tenerife is a unique island that is perfect for excursions of all kinds. It hides many corners full of curiosities and incredible natural landscapes that you will love to meet.

But there is a place on the whole island that stands out for many reasons that you can check with your own eyes when you visit.

There is no doubt that the king of the island is El Teide, located in a National Park where every millimeter of the landscape will surprise you from the smallest stone, to the highest peak of the volcano.

You will be able to contemplate the result of the most recent volcanic eruptions and even discover how our Canary Islands formed.

If you are a lover of hiking, there are some paths that you can walk on foot until you reach the upper station of the Cable Car.

There you can see the best panoramic view of the largest national park of the islands, with views of the north and south of Tenerife.

If you go to the Mirador de La Rambleta you will see the Seven Canyons and the Ucanca Valley.

You can also recreate looking at the Roques de García, Roque Cinchado or Los Azulejos; The latter draws special attention because of its blue-green color that is due to the chemical alteration of its rocks.

From any point of the Teide the sunsets are spectacular!

At dawn the sky becomes a majestic dance of shooting stars, planets and constellations that you can appreciate with total clarity.

The Teide Observatory is the largest solar observatory in the world and is located at no less than 2,390 meters of altitude.
